Aug. 29–31: Gateway Divisional RoadRally Weekend: http://msreg.com/Gateway2025

Starting at the Lewis and Clark Boat House and Museum on the riverfront in historic downtown St. Charles, Mo., The Lewis and Clark to Daniel Boone GTA July 27 is a fun social event and exercise in simple route-following during which you will answer questions based on signs found along the rally route. The rally ends at Good News Brewing in Defiance, Mo.

Tulips Redux Aug. 9 also is a combination road rally and social evening beginning at the Park & Ride in Troy, Ill., and ending at Vitale’s Hideaway, a historic Route 66 roadhouse outside Worden, Ill.

Both Regional events are about 60 miles and two hours duration. Tulips Redux also will feature a full-moon evening, providing Mother Nature cooperates.

Our Gateway Divisional RoadRally Weekend Aug. 29–31 is another edition of the St. Louis Region’s longstanding practice of hosting National or Divisional weekends in mid- to late August. It will include a Touring rally Friday evening, Aug. 29, concurrent Touring/Course rallies Aug. 30—you get to choose which you would like to run—and a Sunday morning GTA Aug. 31. Headquarters for our Divisional weekend is Columbia, Ill.

For our out-of-town Divisional teams, we have set aside a block of rooms at The Principal Hotel in Columbia, with an SCCA RoadRally rate of $109/night + tax. However, and this is important, the hotel will hold the block of rooms only until May 30. We encourage out-of-town teams to make their reservations ASAP.

We have designed all three weekends with the new or occasional rally team in mind. Plus, but not noted here (more information to come) is another Regional GTA scheduled for Nov. 23, the Sunday before Thanksgiving. So mark your calendars for that rally also.

Rallying Farther Afield Than STL

June 21: Quantum Leap, Sauk City, Wis., Milwaukee Region
